Twas the Night Before Christmas. . .
Kent preparing a letter, cookies and milk for Santa!
Every Christmas Eve for the last few years, Kent has eaten his dinner quickly and without complaint. Then he begs us to do bedtime stuff as quick as possible so that he can get to sleep. He believes in Santa whole-heartedly and won't dare be caught being awake when the big guy gets here! Tonight, when Aaron went to start a fire in the fireplace, he about had a heart attack--so no fire. Then he insisted we leave the fireplace doors open. We gave the kids their Christmas pjs: Kent got Super-Mario, Evelyn got Sleeping Beauty fluffies (I felt so lucky to find these in wal-mart, the only pair and in her size. She loves wearing fluffies and Sleeping Beauty is her favorite princess.), Oliver got to wear his red fluffies (the kid has too many pjs to justify a new pair), Aaron got a robe (much needed, for the neighbors sakes), and I got soft candy-cane looking pjs.

Love the P.J.'s. Why am I not surprised the reindeer's carrot didn't survive with Oliver around? :-) That was cute.

Maeve would be so jealous of the "Sweep Duty" pajamas!
